Refund Policy
Our refund policy is valid for the first 30 days from the date of purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

First check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company—sometimes it takes extra time for refunds to post.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the item is defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

We do not provide return shipping labels—you are responsible for arranging your return shipment.

If you are shipping an item valued over $70, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
